"The desert will rejoice and bloom like a Wildflower"
Isaiah 35:1

another possible surgery…..

Last night was incredibly hard.

The kids and daddy and grandma left…….
Lots of tears.

I miss them already…so much.,…
So thankful for this time together.

What a blessing to get to spend time with family,

God knew I would need that filling up for the road ahead. My heart was so full being with them….and seeing them care and love on their sister in deep…ways.

My heart could hardly stand it.

The siblings miss their sister already, so much….

Then, 30 minutes later after they left, I am told that Gianna is scheduled in the Operating Room for Monday morning.

GUT PUNCH.

Dr, Emani, her surgeon, will make the final call this morning…

We knew this was a possibility with her leaky mitral valve …but, we were hoping that it would get stronger on it’s own.

It appears that this mountain is too high to scale on her own, and she can’t seem to get over it.

Her heart endured a lot of stress from this double infection this past week and can’t seem to get back to where it was.

This shows that her heart with the current leaky valve can’t get over these humps….and is very unstable.
it needs some help….
We are 11 days post OP and her progress has been slow and easily pushed back, she is just too vulnerable with her valve leaking.

So, they are taking her back into open heart surgery to repair or replace the valve….it could be monday, it may be delayed due to her white blood count.

Please pray for a successful surgery. pray they can repair it this time, that would be so much better than a prosthetic replacement part.

But, either way I know her GOD will help her.
This is not a surprise to the Lord,,,,,,

This mountain is nothing to the Lord, he will level it and grow Gianna strong again….He has promised me that! And, i will praise HIM, yet again…for what HE WILL DO!

This morning God gave me two verses that encouraged my heart….

Zech 4:7
What are you, mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground.<span class="crossreference" data-cr="#cen-NIV-22930A" data-link="(A)” style=”background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; position: relative; top: 0px; vertical-align: top;”> Then he will bring out the capstone<span class="crossreference" data-cr="#cen-NIV-22930B" data-link="(B)” style=”background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; position: relative; top: 0px; vertical-align: top;”> to shouts<span class="crossreference" data-cr="#cen-NIV-22930C" data-link="(C)” style=”background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; position: relative; top: 0px; vertical-align: top;”> of ‘God bless it! God bless it!’”
