"The desert will rejoice and bloom like a Wildflower"
Isaiah 35:1

Here was our little bit of paradise (well, a lot of paradise!)

We had such a beautiful, pampered and spoiled time on our cruise. How sweet it was to get away and laugh and rest and swim and play and RELAX!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHH>>>> Yes, it was a dream!

The highlights and those things I really miss from our cruise are: swimming with dolphins in Mexico, horseback riding on the beach and riding bareback while the horse swims in the ocean in Jamaica, getting served every meal in luxury, having our room cleaned 2 x a day (every wife and mom can appreciate that), dancing at night to fun music, chilling in a lounge chair with Jul and chatting and reading (I actually finished a book…which rarely happens at home), getting a little tan over my fake tan…lol, snorkeling in Haiti and Grand Caymans (ONE WORD: BEAUTIFUL!!!), date night every night with my hubby, dressing up and feeling pretty:-), free frozen yogurts, jacuzzi time at midnight, the swaying of the ship that made me spill my hot tea (it was fun), pulling the lever on the slot machines and getting excited when I won 25 cents, sunsets on the ship, waking up to see a new island from our balcony for four days straight, ice skating on a boat (just to be able to say we did), all the funny and personable servers on the ship (who can’t do the YMCA …hee-hee), trying to bargain for deals and never feeling like I got a good deal on the islands, not being interrupted when I was talking to Brian, and the sweet peace and assurance and comfort knowing our kiddies were in good hands (thanks G-parents!)

Thank you Jesus for a beautiful getaway….Thanks Chris and Jul for celebrating our anniversaries together (what a bucketful of memories and bonding). We are blessed by your friendship…you mean the world to us! I have to thank Brian for promising me ten years ago in Hawaii that we would get to do this again in ten years. Thank you for blessing me and keeping your promise, among many. I love you , babe! Happy Anniversary!

Here are some “blurry water camera” shots from our exhilarating horse swim!

And….here we are…our last day. Waiting to be called to go home…bye-bye paradise…:-(….

Of course, going home wasn’t without adventure…Our flight got cancelled so we had to take a later flight. That meant an extra long rest/eat/read time at the Orlando airport. But, it was still fun…..
