Jingle Bells! (Caught on Camera)

This girl LOVES TO SING!

 I was told they played music cds often in her orphanage.

I’ll never forget, one year ago, how we got her to trust us and not cry. (Especially when we were changing her diaper)

We sang to her. We sang, we sang, we sang. Her favorites were the B-I-B-L-E, and Jesus Loves Me!

And, with each melody, her spirit would become more at peace, more relaxed and more at ease.

I remember in China getting her to sleep at night with lullabies playing in the background. . It was the only thing that helped.

Music is a part of her soul.

We’ve all been singing with this little girl ever since.

We’ve often caught her on many occacions, like  here and here....

Tahlia just LOVES to sing.

It’s not an uncommon occurrence to “catch” her singing to herself, or to the music that is playing around the house (in this case on our Ipad)…..I love those moments.

And, here is one. Mommy was being lazy on the couch while all the kids were playing, and I happened to have my iphone….

And, I must include this one. She was trying on her winter hat and she looked just too darn cute not to video!
She’s so funny.
She doesn’t want you to “take over the singing” She wants to have the spotlight all to herself!
LOL

I must say that I am so happy with her “speech” progression as seen on the videos (if you watched the earlier ones I linked in the post) compared with now.

I can’t believe how far she’s come in one year!!
We are so encouraged and SO SO proud of her!

Keep singin’ baby girl, keep singin’ your heart out!!!
