Long term plan:
They need to get her at a stable anticoagulation level with Heparin, while monitoring her closely neorologically, then new CT scan on Thursday and praying it will show healing ….please LORD! ( and MRI cannot be done because of her pacemaker evidently)
…so, if all looks good then they will transfer her back on coumadin therapy at a lower dose then before, ….also, they are taking out her aspirin therapy which was in addition to her coumadin therapy prior to this ( which may have been a contributing factor to her brain bleed)…….so, if she stabilizes on that coumadin anticoagulant therapy and gets a good stable INR reading for a couple days, with no evidence of brain bleed, then possibly OUT of the hospital and home by the end of the weekend. prayerfully by her birthday sunday. 🎁🎂
Also, if she gets a stablized anticoagulation reading tomorrow while being on heparin then we may be able to move to the floor, which will make this week a little more bearable.
It appears that we will stay here at DuPont for the remaining hospital stay… Transporting her at this time is not in anyone’s best interest especially hers and looks as though the insurance company agrees with that, Thank God
So we have many prayer request above as we need her body to just stabilize and be safe as we delicately go into this anticoagulation therapy ( blood thinner therapy)….please cover her, cover her brain and valve and spirits. It breaks my heart that she has to be here all week. ….but we need her to be stable. …. I can’t wait till the day that we are going back home.
Thank you everyone.❤
