Slowly but surely! Wed. 11/26 update

The theme with little Gianna is “slowly but surely”
They are moving slow in this unstable beginning stage with the hopes to see her progress gain momentum as she gets more stable.
Her numbers are looking great.
Lactate down.
White blood cell count trending down. ..
Strong ventricles . …her left is now performing efficiently (for the first time in her life) ..thank Jesus!
Chest xray looking wonderful !!!
There were a few scary blood pressure dips so they had to adjust her heart squeeze meds..(they said it will be a balancing act of back and forth till she stabilizes)
The challenge is and will be (over the next week) to pace her heart to its most efficient rhythm. ..they are encouraged by her under heart rhythm so far. So we are praying for her to gain optimal natural rhythm. ..and for there to be no more heart block..
There were three more IV attempts but all failed 🙁
Poor baby girl has blown worn out veins….
They will attempt a PICC line again when she is more stable.
..great news: since her fever is down, we get to get rid of the cooling blanket so that means they will be lifting the paralytic meds …i will get to see her move again soon! !!!!!
The plan today is to also start waking her belly with some nutrition
and to get fluids off her body via upping her diuretics
This is all moving in a positive direction! So thankful! !!
It’s been two weeks since I’ve seen my baby girl fully awake and been able to hold her….that’s really hard.  I just miss her so so much.
But I am beyond grateful that we are back on track with a stronger heart and the Lord is renewing her heart and body.
Stay strong warrior Gianna…you have amazing doctors and nurses ….so many are praying for you and most importantly. You have a mighty God fighting for you….
We will get there…
Thank you for continuing to cover her in prayers of healing

Also, dont forget to buy you SUPERMAN Tshirts…only one day left!!!!! (Over on side bar) ——>
