Tahlia’s FIRST SNOW! (and, some more bonding time with daddy!!)

She went straight to the door when I brought her downstairs this morning,and stared at the winter wonderland. She touched the glass to feel the cold!!

…..she LOVES to be where her siblings are, and as soon as the boys got dressed and went out back…she wanted to as well! So, daddy decided this was a great opportunity to take over! He took her out back to see what they were doing (she was still in her jammies) for a quick look, then to her snow gear to show her that she had to get it on to go out there. She fought, and kicked to get out of his lap….then, he took her out back again to explain to her that she needs a coat…and “lets hurry, lets go get your stuff on to play!”. Finally, she “GOT IT” and allowed him to dress her!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daddy was successful about getting her all geared up and puffy and warm (with no tears, in fact there was excitement from Tahlia)! Then out she went with Ashy and me first while daddy got dressed. Ashy taught her how to eat snow! She didn’t like it! But, she loved playing and sitting in the cold white stuff!

Then, daddy came out and scooped up our little snow princess and started playing with her on the slide. After he would catch her, she’d say “MORE, MORE!” She never once tried to squirm out of his arms, even with me there the whole time! She was having so much fun with him, I could have cried right there…it was just so darn beautiful!
