Thankful

I’m thankful my daughter is still alive, and fighting and  once again being given a new gift of HOPE thru an impending  surgery that we pray will heal her broken heart and restore her. She is a gift beyond compare that we did nothing to deserve, all God’s grace.  I’m thankful for her siblings, my treasures, for their incredible selfless and fierce love for Gia, for  how they walk this road w their sissy, as brave warriors. …..holding tight to HOPE for her. For their brave hearts. I’m thankful for a precious boy, our son Hudson,   who has waited too long for a family to battle for him, but still.clings to HOPE 1/2 way around the world. I’m thankful God chose us to be his.  I’m thankful for my Brian, my love…as we battle together for what’s important in this life..as we hold each other up and go there together, I’m thankful for his strength and laughter as he holds our family up. Love him so much.  I’m thankful for our families… for grandparents especially who drop everything to stand in the gap for us. I’m thankful for our incredible friends, oir Lifehouse church family, neighbors and the treasure the FB community , especially the amazing adoption community….for how you  are carrying  us, for your tangible arms around us.  For standing in the front lines in strong  prayer battle for our sweet Gianna’s life.
My heart is absolutly terrified for the road ahead but filled with thankfulness to know we don’t have to do it alone.  Thank you for fighting w us and for fighting in prayer for our warrior. We.are grateful. Praying for so many close friends who are battling w us in hospitals for their babies…..praying for my precious friends and family  who would give ANYTHING to still be battling for their loved ones, those who lost their treasures far too soon. My heart is heavy for so many this holiday season…..
Clinging to the HOPE that this world is not our home.   JESUS gives the only one true Hope. He’s the rock…..
Happy Thanksgiving #choosingthankfulness
