Today is significant.
First of all, it has been exactly 33 months since our beloved Gianna ran ahead of us to Heaven on April 22, 2018 at only 6 years old.
We deeply grieve and miss her with every fiber of our soul, heart and body and mind. Oh how we miss her hugs, giggles and kisses and all that feisty sass. We honor her light and the gift she is to us by living each day fighting for Life and Hope and all that matters for eternity which is the main reason we started our Foundation.
Today, January 22,2021 is also National Sanctity of Human Life Day. We at LGGFF believe wholeheartedly that every human life is precious and valuable and should be protected and fought for whether born or unborn, young or old, healthy or sick, every person is made in the holy image of God and made for a sacred purpose that only that precious life can fulfill!
Our Gianna was born with a severe heart defect (1/2 heart anatomy) in China and she fought hard while walking this earth with pure brave JOY. She is a warrior. I am so thankful her birth parents chose life. I am so thankful that God graced us with the gift of a little girl who we had the honor to fight for and has shown us and the world all her God-given purpose, forever light and Love. Her Life Blooms more Life!
She is a miracle.She is our world changer and we are the most blessed to be forever hers! It’s All His Grace. So today (because of so many gracious donors), to honor LIFE and to honor our GIanna, we will have the blessing to start notifying 4 beautiful families who will be receiving an adoption grant to help each of them internationally adopt a child/children with Special Needs who needs a family to fight for their LIFE!
There were so many applicants(what a blessing!), and this past month (Gianna’s birthday month) our family poured over each story and prayed and shed tears as we read of these beautiful families who are stepping out into the deep, with great faith and overwhelming LOVE to cherish life and fight for HOPE! We asked God to direct us.
What a privilege to be invited into to these stories and to read of God’s faithfulness.We wish we could have given so many more grants….. there is SUCH A NEED!
